05 Gaming Rules & Regulations

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet will be automatically voided and the amount refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

777jo may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are detected.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
